We function as a specialized discovery engine and aggregator; we do not own, manage, or operate the properties listed on our platform. This service should be used as a tool for travel discovery and architectural inspiration but is not a substitute for the official booking terms, safety protocols, or legal agreements provided by the third-party rental hosts or platforms where the final booking occurs.

Landay is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our service, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for any activity associated with your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up-to-date. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. AI Data Processing and Third-Party AI Services

To provide personalized breathing recommendations and wellness insights, Landay uses third-party AI service providers, which mayinclude services such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and/or Anthropic. By using Landay, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- What data is sent: Text inputs you provide (e.g., your messages, responses to prompts), your account identifier (if applicable), practice preferences, and usage data are transmitted to third-party AI providers.

- Who the data is sent to: Data may be processed by one or more of the following AI providers: OpenAI (openai.com), Google (Google Gemini), and/or Anthropic. Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies and data protection standards.

- Purpose of processing: Data is sent solely to generate personalized recommendations and AI-guided content within the app. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

- Your consent: By tapping “Agree” in the app’s “Before you continue” screen and by continuing to use Landay, you provide your explicit permission for this data to be sent to third-party AI providers for processing as described above.

- Data protection: All third-party AI providers used by Landay are required to provide the same or equivalent level of data protection as described in ourPrivacy Policy. Data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption.
